To make an appointment please follow these instructions:
  1. E-mail or call my office to check on available times. It varies from day to day due to cancellations and reschedules.
  2. After we have agreed on a time slot you need to pay the fee for whichever service you are requesting using the Pay-Pal

  3. Upon verification of payment we will proceed with appointment.
